The neighborhood community of Oak Ridge is situated on the northeast side of Eden Prairie off of Eden Prairie Road just south of Highway 62. Oak Ridge is an older community featuring older homes with excellent character and mature trees. Eden Prairie High School serves 3,000 students in 9th through 12th grade with a student teacher ratio of 17.9. Other schools in the area include Forest Hills Elementary School, Central Middle School, Hennepin Technical College, the International School, and Eagle Ridge Academy.
